I cannot say enough about the professionalism and Rye to detail. Working with Ana, was amazing. She was able to walk me through the process in great detail allowing me to visualize the concept and expectation. My project started from demolition to completion in the time frame discussed with constant updates. If you are looking for a deck to patio conversion, or a redesign of your landscaping they are ones for you. Very pleased with my end product and excited to start enjoying my backyard again.
Very comfortable company to work with and a good end product (front and side gardens) done quickly and efficiently. I will know more as everything blooms, but the cleanup and organization will make it easier for me to maintain. And they have been helpful with advice for me going beyond the install.
We needed our entire driveway and retaining wall rebuilt. Ana Lockett and her team came out and gave us a quote very quickly. We lined up six other companies for additional quotes. All came out too, but either failed to follow up, or suggested a quote that was so high it was disrespectful. Ana and her team got to work right away after we signed the contract. Ana and her team were wonderful to work with. At our first meeting, Ana walked the entire property with me, listened to what I wanted and problems we'd had with previous landscape projects, and made thoughtful suggestions, including how we could use most of the plants we already had. The installation team was always on time, worked diligently, was very neat and organized. We were struggling to maintain our nearly half-acre property, which was full of native plants that the previous owner had planted without any clear plan. The Landscape Design Center came in and did a phenomenal job cleaning up almost the entire property. They removed the messy flower beds but carefully preserved some of the native plants, relocating them to areas where they now look much more attractive.
