Twice now I have tried to tour this property, but both times the office has been closed and no leasing agents have been available. I want to be clear that I had scheduled online through the website both times for a tour and received a confirmation email and/or text with the date and time of my tour. I scheduled a tour online however when I arrived at my scheduled tour time the leasing office was locked and empty. No longer interested in leasing with a property that doesn’t value your time.
I’ve left a few voicemails over the past four days to confirm a tour I scheduled online, but I haven’t received a response or confirmation. Unfortunately, there doesn’t appear to be an email listed to get in touch with someone directly. The unit looks great, but it’s unfortunate that I haven’t been able to connect with anyone to confirm the tour.
Can’t even get a proper tour here, the online site allows you to schedule a time, but this is the second time I’ve came here at one of the times and there’s nobody here to give me a tour
