They don't like to pay contractors. Tamanda Wolert called me at the end of September for testing. And after multiple attempts to get paid she sent me a link for Vendor Cafe. I filled out all the information, W9, insurance, invoices. And after more than 2 months it is still pending. I have called several times and call are not returned, nor are emails. Great place for those in need of assisted living. Outstanding property management. Easy to work with, very understanding personality, with a winner's vibe.
Terrible place. So many residents are not pleased with management. They don't respond ,maintenance is a joke. I hear it's becoming a slum. They are not dealing with bed bug problems or repairs needed in building and apartments. So sad.
