I have been experiencing a lot of noise from the tenants that live above me. According to Wisconsin law I am to be granted peace and quiet. I have tried to get a hold of the people above me but could not. I even have complained to the manager several times. I will call for help even if it's the police or a Wisconsin department that helps with these issues. I am fed up and crabby and losing my temper. This message is for the Owner: Your new management is terrible that is Gibson-Hayes. I cannot pay rent online anymore without having to pay a fee because they don't support my bank , which is ridiculous. I've been assaulted here with a gay man that hit me with a cane. The hallways and common areas are filthy and we keep complaining about them and they need a shampooing because their filthy , I wouldn't invite your grandmother to come and visit The places aren't that big which I mean the rooms I think they're overly priced.
