I’ve lived here for a bit, and yes, the location is nice and the building has “historic charm.” But let’s be real—these apartments are wildly overpriced for how outdated they are. The management team changes faster than the seasons, which pretty much screams “red flag.” They’ll keep trying to sell you on the location and amenities, but a great property should be more than just a sales pitch—it should be fairly priced and actually have a team that sticks around. The office staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the time of look through the time of leasing and continue this level of professionalism and personal approach even after move in. This feels like family and not like some corporate culture. The staff made looking, leasing and moving in seamless and even went out of their way to accommodate a few requests I asked for. Whats more amazing is that everyone from top to bottom in the leasing office was on the same page. rare!!
The Landmark n the Garden homes .. is where I lived for a year . I took the 2/2 place overlooking the Comal Canal. Site unseen . It was the best move I could have made. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful views, amazing staff. The ducks made the day very special .. I felt at peace. Sitting on the patio . Relaxing, listening to the music of the birds. Chimes .and peace. I hope to be back one day.. Thank you!

Just moved in to the lofts and lovin' it. Management is great and very nice, the industrial vibe is cool, apartments are modern and clean, being right next to Landa park with a private gated entrance is amazing, having a gym in the building is great, the pool is nice with some ducks, 10 minute walk to downtown, and it's a quick jump to the highway. Haven't tried a few other things like the sauna but they look good. Great all around.
