A great place for adults to transition into. Plenty of activities, great food, staff great
I had to remove my father from this expensive facility, don't let the pretty building fool you. They've lost a lot of employees and do not have enough staff to adequately care for residents. Memory Care especially is understaffed resulting in residents not being properly fed, dressed, or watched over. Medication was frequently mismanaged. Communication between management and workers is horrible, caregivers stressed and complaining constantly. Do not leave your vulnerable loved one here.
They seem very considerate in the very beginning and did a decent job taking care of my family member but the overall picture is the all mighty dollar. She past two months after being there I paid all up to date billing she past on 8062925 there thirty day policy is you do not get a pro rate you pay for the entire month that was fine except they came up with another bill for September of 800.00 more dollars for a prorated cost which mind you they made 7225.00 for August.
