I just made a year here at Brookside. I could not be more happy living here. I just renewed my lease for another year. I want to make a comment about Ricardo the maintenance person. I take a walk every morning around the complex. Everytime I run into him on my walk , he greets me with a beautiful smile and asks how I am doing. He then wishes me to have a great day. How can you have a bad day after that? He is truly a remarkable person.
Do not move here just awful take ur app money and do nothing. It does not matter how much Money u make a year they just mess u over. Wow just awful stay clear you have been warned. 5/1/24
Good morning In regards to the dishwasher and professional service and installation, I wanted to say that the maintenance team and staff has always been so polite and professional that it makes my stay here so enjoyable and my life a lot easier. Thanks again Tim & Steph unit 358 .
DO NOT MOVE HERE! High rent. Noise all hours of the day and night, marijuana smell throughout the building apartment, dogs barking all day and night, buildings need cleaning, trash area is dirty and disgusting and management can care less.
They have $160 per month in miscellaneous fees on top of rent. $30 per month is for a valet service that is not being provided but is not optional.
I've been renting for 20+ years. This complex/management company is only my 2nd apartment and will be my last (normally I rent a house from owners). They can't keep the maintenance team, and the amenities (pool, auto gates, trash pick up, elevators) are never working or kept up for the amount of money we pay. The gates & elevators & trash pick up are the main issues, they are NEVER closed/working or paying their vendors is my guess. An incredible lack of professionalism and customer service. Mold in my unit at Preston Hills in Buford, GA was left untreated for 3 months. We requested a concession for the time we were unable to use the storage and it has been another 3 months with no response. I would strongly advise against renting at any IRT properties!
STAY AWAY FROM PRESTON HILLS AT MILL CREEK!!! They are incredibly unsafe (4 murders alone during a single resident’s lease) They leave residents with disabilities and elderly residents without heat for days In January and AC for well over a week on numerous occasions in the Georgia heat causing multiple medical emergencies within a week for one resident with a disability and refusing to allow said resident to move without thousands and thousands of dollars in penalties even though their neglect has put said residents life in... read more
