I was impressed on my first visit and Kenny was the best help. Prices and deals seemed perfect. On my 2nd visit, when I had money in hand ready to get a place, Kenny was a new man. He was uncooperative and didn't want to help. I had to ask the man to sit down and explain to me everything again. His answers were completely different from the first visit. Great apartment tour. The property was clean, well maintained and the amenities looked excellent. Kenny was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. I appreciate the time he took to show us around and the excellent customer service.
This was one of the worst rental experiences my wife and I have ever had. She had just moved to Florida and this apartment complex completely ruined her first impression of the state. The property has constant bug problems, the water quality is disgusting, and at times you can barely shower with it, let alone drink it. We were charged for water through the complex monthly, then another company would bill us separately as well. Management and employees do not follow proper procedures.
