Overall Satisfaction: Very pleasant buying process! Nichole Shafron did an excellnt job answering all questions and assisting with the loan process. First time home buyers and the process was seamless and very easy to understand! Sales Experience: Nichole Shafron was very pleasant to work with! Construction Experience: A few concerns noted during initial inspection. Most concerns addressed and corrected by the builder.
Well if you choose to buy here think and do investigate or get your own inspection first was so disappointed never happened what they promised and the pavement of the backyard do awful. after closing they don’t care even some repairs!!! Exhaust of the plane and jet you can hear all night and day even you are inside of the house or maybe it defends where is facing your bedroom near to airport,,, good luck
Update: The response from owner they do not respond to emails. You should just keep your reply non public. going to notify the city of these cars parked illegally because of overflow of cars. You should be parked with the flow of traffic not on wrong side of road or wherever your car stops because you are lazy. The paired homes row is over lived. Tons of vehicles. If you have an overstock of vehicles- to each it's own. Park away from people's driveways and walk. Why do residents have to be inconvenienced with your car in front of their home??? Other than this. Good airport area. Very convenient
