I see all these reviews that they only listen to the homeowners and not the renters. That is not true. They don't listen to the homeowners either. The 5 people on the board make all the decisions no matter what the homeowners want. No one goes to the monthly meetings because they do not care what you have to say. We pay a lot of money in condo fees and have no amenities other than a run down unusable tennis court, miniature gym and small pool. Landscaping is a horrible mess and they won't address it. I’ve lived here for about 12 years as a renter. The area is beautiful and the newest management is really trying to improve things here. The pool is getting a serious resurrection finally after being shut down for over a year. People really need to understand that major work like that requires major time and major $$$. I wish renters had a voice here; we live here and see things for ourselves as well so it’s not really right to only have owners be part of the board in my view.
