I see all these reviews that they only listen to the homeowners and not the renters. That is not true. They don't listen to the homeowners either. The 5 people on the board make all the decisions no matter what the homeowners want. No one goes to the monthly meetings because they do not care what you have to say. We pay a lot of money in condo fees and have no amenities other than a run down unusable tennis court, miniature gym and small pool. Landscaping is a horrible mess and they won't address it.
