I’ve lived here for about 12 years as a renter. The area is beautiful and the newest management is really trying to improve things here. The pool is getting a serious resurrection finally after being shut down for over a year. People really need to understand that major work like that requires major time and major $$$. I wish renters had a voice here; we live here and see things for ourselves as well so it’s not really right to only have owners be part of the board in my view.
