In 2021, we moved into our new location as a full-service veterinary hospital to better serve the needs of the Gibsons pet community. A great heartfelt thank you for your caring and compassion with the handling of my old dog Havoc, who had passed away at home. The card with the staff's names and his paw print that we received in the mail meant a lot to us. We had Havoc cremated, and he is back home with us now. Everyone that we dealt with were absolutely fantastic. Once again, thank you for your compassion. We recommend these people and this veterinary practice to the max.
First time going to the Landing Vet and Dr. Jay was amazing with our difficult dog. He was kind and compassionate and knew exactly how to handle him. Honestly it was the best vet experience we’ve ever had. Every single person we interacted with was delightful.
The staff at this vet clinic were very helpful with my kitty (who gets nervous when she's out of the house). Happy we've found a local vet close to home! Thank you.
The Landing staff had been very patient with our Malamute/Husky, so when it was getting close to time to say goodbye to her own treasured dog, our daughter added Trotsky to the client list at The Landing. Dr Dilday and the staff treated Trotsky like royalty when he came to the clinic for the first time. Trotsky was so smitten with Dr D that when the day came to say goodbye, the dog recognized him when he came to the door and tried to rise to greet him. I cannot begin to say enough good things about The Landing. Our neighbours dog experienced an ‘unplanned injury’. Dr. Helps lived up to her name and looked after the dog. She needed to refer us to another vet for additional treatment, due to a pre planned power outage. Being that we were needing to see another vet, she waived the emergency fee. Also, we had no car and one of her generous staff actually drove us to Sechelt. What an amazing team. Thank you!!!
