Dr Mark Dilday is wonderful. However there is a new doctor Elisa McCarthy which performed the routine spay surgery for the rescue kitten I was fostering. The scar was seeping with some liquid, it was not straight and it had some bruising, in fact my kids said the scar looked like in horror movies. I was concerned and called the clinic and the doctor told me that’s how the spay scars look like. A big thank you to Dr Mark Dilday and Kelli for their Compassionate and loving care of animals at Gibsons Landing vet. Going to the Vet is absolutely not a nervous time for my very hyper little girl Bella. Kelli makes the visits comfortable for your pet and the owner as well and Dr Dilday patiently takes time to explain every procedure and answer questions thoroughly (even my stupid questions!) something that is truly lacking in other vet clinics around Gibsons. My dog Cooper suddenly collapsed and since it was Saturday I called this emergency vet. They made an appointment and drove in to meet us. Sadly Cooper's condition was terminal, a real shock as he seemed fine in the morning. They showed me his xray and made my decision easier by giving an honest opinion that there was no choice and the best thing was to say goodbye that night. Dr. Mark is an outstanding vet! He constantly puts up with my peppering him with questions about my dogs any time I am in. A very patient man who allows me to use some, alternative care methods with my dogs and sets me straight when i go too far afield. Highly recommend!
Have brought both of my cats here for a general examination after moving to the coast. We are sooo pleased with Dr. Dilday and his team. Very caring, loving people who explain things in great detail and ease any worries you may have.
