The staff has been patient with answering all my questions and concerns. Peggy has been a huge help. Everyone seems to be very happy there and the staff clearly cares for each of the residents like family.
Absolutely terrible living experience at The Landing of Bogart. It feels like a trashy nightmare, discovering wet briefs and diapers in rooms of loved ones. Is this really the kind of place for a family? I wouldn’t wish it on anyone! Getting in touch with management is like pulling teeth lol. I often find myself begging just to speak to someone. When you actually need to file a complaint, good luck—management is never available. I wouldn't recommend this place in a million years. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
To the Owner Who Responded: The ED has all of my contact info and she knows who I am. Do you want to post your contact info here and I’ll reach out to you? After almost two years there, the care, food and other services provided at The Landing went downhill fast starting last fall. Moved out in early January but was forced to pay the entire month’s rent per the contract. Was supposed to be refunded the prorated rent but two month’s later that has still NOT happened and no one in management at The Landing or their third-party... read more
My Father in Law just moved here and we are all so pleased with how much they worked with us to be sure this transition was as smooth as possible! Also, Kita is the best face to welcome you when you come visit! She's so kind and goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcome. I'm so grateful to her.
The Landing Bogart is a beautiful community! I have enjoyed seeing the assisted-living, the memory care, and the independent living thrive over the past few years. I’ve had the pleasure of placing someone in their independent living and the client has nothing but positive things to say!
