My sister was a resident in The Landing Memory Care Unit for 2 1/2 years. She could be a difficult person at times, and the staff always responded in a kind and loving way. I visited frequently and was always astounded by the patience and kindness exhibited by the staff. My sisters room was always cleaned and her personal hygiene was always addressed.
