We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Linda in sales made the transition seamless. She was not only welcoming, but went above and beyond to make sure my mother in law was comfortable from the start. It is evident that the staff puts the time in to know their residents and treat them like family. The facility itself is beautiful and well kept. Evelyn in food management is also amazing. She makes sure all dining needs are taken care of and greets all residents by name and with a smile:)

The Province of Southampton is a great place for my father. The staff are very friendly, supportive and always very responsive to any concerns, whether they come from me or my father. The facility is very clean and well maintained and provides many activities for residents to keep busy. Everyone working there goes out of their way to make the residents happy and feel welcomed.

Beautiful. As you walk in the door, you walk into a large open space with a cozy sitting area and a fireplace and a reception area. Beyond that is the dining room, which is another large open area with bright large windows. We met with Linda A., who greeted us and took us on a full tour of the facility. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable, as she has been in the care business for many years. She answered all of our question and you can tell she loves what she does. My mom is at the Province but she wants to move out to a different facility. Food is poor, staff does not do their jobs, staff disrespects the residents, the staff complains about management. There are serious safety issues.
