I don’t normally write bad reviews but this has been a complete nightmare. I’m not sure where to even begin. My dad lived here for exactly 6 months, he had ESA animals that WERE listed on the application from the very beginning. They tried to evict him because of this, we had to hire an attorney, and of course my dad won his case. They refused to give us the rent bond back (which never shouldn’t been applied since he has never been late paying rent) PLUS the pet fee of $800 they charged us (due to FHA you can’t charge for ES... read more
I have never rented a property with such outstanding service. The staff really care about providing a great experience for tenants and are very competent.
