My mom has been on the rehab floor for a month now & we could not be more pleased. The care she has received has been wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly & more than helpful. "Mama J" (the head nurse on the 4th floor) is - in my mom's words - a MIRACLE WORKER!!!!! The joy she brings is indescribable! We love her, as do all of her patients! Am thankful for the care I received from the staffs mama j, CNAs, the nurses, therapist, kitchen staffs, Gabi activities directors, social worker and all the wonderful Doctors. Thank you and grateful.

Mama just does an extraordinary job every day with my mom and dad. Her knowledge and patience for my 91 year old mom and 93 year old dad is simply wonderful. We love her.
If I could give this place a 0 I most certainly would. I don't know were their CNA's and Nurses got their training it was horrible here. My mom is so thankful to be gone from this place. I expected excellence in Southlake but this place is subpar at best. If you are looking for a place who will not let your loved ones lay in urine all night look elsewhere because it happened 2 nights out of the 5 days my mom was there.
