Management loves to send emails about how everyone should follow their rules. One thing they don’t do as good, though, is comply with maintenance requests. They have a grill available to residents, but the propane tank has been empty for weeks. After requesting for it to be replaced, they keep saying they will do it right away, but nothing is done.
Lived here for a year. Overall more peaceful than loud about 90% of the time. Feels very safe. Maintenance responds quickly and is nice. Workout rooms are a bit sparse but can't complain much about free amenities. Apartments are cozy and apartment grounds are kept clean.
Not fair live here three and a half years no problems with me being on the second floor and now I have problems from the neighbors downstairs new neighbors that only been there three and a half or four months I had received two 10-day notice for noise violation and I don't make noise they took my word over them not a good place to live I'm getting out of here this is my last year here
Nice facility, nice people and good location for me... what's not to like
