Lived here for five years and would have signed another five year lease if my partner didn’t get a new job. Lupe was always an absolute delight to work with. When I deployed to Iraq, she went above and beyond for us. My apartment was up to date, clean, and modern. Maintenance requests were almost never needed but they were always quick to respond when I did.
My time at The Landing has been nothing short of amazing. Going on my 5th year, and unfortunately because of work circumstances, I’ll be relocating. Lupe, Jacqueline, and Shannon are extremely considerate, professional, and attentive. You really couldn’t ask for a better management staff. The grounds are extremely well kept, and maintenance is always on top of any concerns. I’m sad to be relocating, but would recommend anyone to rent from here.
I lived at the Landing in 2020-2021. Over 4 years ago. Approximately 2 months ago, I received a email in the mail stating that I owed them $1700 for move out cost associated with the apartment condition when I left. 4 YEARS AGO! At no time had previously received any communication about fees being charged me for condition. I was made aware that they were taking my security deposit. Management loves to send emails about how everyone should follow their rules. One thing they don’t do as good, though, is comply with maintenance requests. They have a grill available to residents, but the propane tank has been empty for weeks. After requesting for it to be replaced, they keep saying they will do it right away, but nothing is done.
