A RESIDENT AND HIS BULLDOG ATTACKED A DELIVERY DRIVER...HIS EXCUSE WAS THE DOG WAS PROTECTING HIS PROPERTY...I DIDNT KNOW THE SIDEWALK/WALKWAY WAS CONSIDERED THE RESIDENT'S PROPERTY...HE HAD A 1 TO 2 FOOT PLASTIC FENCE THAT THE DOG JUMPED OVER...THE RESIDENT REPEATEDLY CURSED OUT THE DRIVER...ITS ALL ON RING DOORBELL CAMERA...
Krista & Lucinda have been incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process. They have consistently gone out of their way to answer my questions and make everything as smooth as possible. I truly appreciate how kind, patient, and supportive they have been during the entire experience!
Moving here was the absolute best choice I ever made! The staff is amazing, maintenance is quick and easy to work with. Absolutely beautiful community to live in. Even the neighbors care for you unlike anywhere else I’ve lived. The Landing is a wonderful place to live! The leasing experience was smooth and quick. I have been here since October and every experience has been great! Lucinda and Cody in the office are very kind, professional and always helpful. There’s a new girl in the office named Kristi and she is awesome as well! Everyone else who works on this property has been with Greystar Co. for many years which is comforting. Maintenace requests are always handled very quickly. The staff is the best of the best when needing assistance with any issue in our apartment Lucinda is so cheerful, always going beyond the call of duty to assist residents. I’ve called on her countless times to aid me with paper work. She is beyond patient with so many different residents wants and needs
