Horrible place to live, apartments are made cheap, maintenance is impossible to get out to repair anything, people break glass bottles in the pool, dirty property, little girls working in the office are so rude,dress and act very unprofessional. Rent is so overpriced for quality of living. I recommend living Anywhere but these apartments.
The Landing is a Nice Complex, but one important thing before you move here. You will never be able to call it “Home”. A person can only live here up to 3 years before you are unable to live here any longer. You will have to move. TOO EXPENSIVE !!! 2 bedrooms/2 baths started out paying rent was $1,300, now after living here our 3 years our rent is $1,900 It would be nice for Grey Star to have a (Grandfather in )program where they keep tenants that have Been living here for 2 plus years. Great property management that works to resolve concern and keeps tenant satisfaction as their main focus!
Would recommend! We had a concern that came up while living here and the property manager Cody you could tell authentically cared and worked to resolve the concern in a timely fashion. Definitely worth checking out.
The Landing is a friendly and safe community. Lucinda and Brenden were awesome throughout the leasing/management process during my two years at the Landing. The entire staff was very professional and truly cared about residents getting the best experience possible . The Landing offers a lot of great options for unit layouts and has reasonable pricing. I highly recommend touring the apartments to see for yourself.
