I photographed a wedding at Lone Girl this past weekend and I was BLOWN AWAY. I was so impressed by the space and staff. The patio was perfect for the ceremony and mingling. The dinner space was simply but elegantly decorated and I know the bride and groom really appreciated not having to bring in their own decor. And I really want to give a huge shout out to the staff. It was a busy night but the bar tenders were extremely unfriendly. We stood there for 15 minutes while they were making other people's drinks and they didn't even acknowledge us. Wait staff was nice and food was good.
The Landing is an incredible place to host (and dazzle) your nearest and dearest. We had an unbelievably magical wedding/reception utilizing the intimacy of the fireplace/candles/mantle and the lively/fun rooftop. Alora, the event manager, ROCKED! And is a huge reason why our day was so successful and spectacular - all her time, attention, detail, creativity, care, and more was our vision and then some. My husband and I had our wedding at The Landing event space at The Lone Girl in December of 2022 and could not be happier. We combined our love of craft beer with a small and intimate family wedding. Alora was great in planning the event with us including food, decorations, and the bar. The entire staff from planning to the chefs and to the servers and bartenders were fantastic.
