I moved into Stone Chimney in December 2025 and its been great. Love the fencing for my furbabies, maintenance is very prompt. Sometimes Rob has the repairs done before I even notice. The community is so quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. Since management has changed I've seen wonderful improvements. Chris and Crystal definitely have the communities best interest at heart and work very hard in maintaining open lines of communication with residents. Community found here was such a surprise! Like a gem against picturesque landscape. The homes here are wide open & with all of the polished finishes! They have beautiful flooring, sparkling granite countertops, wide kitchen drawers and generous cabinetry. They have a beautiful selection of single story and two story options. The leasing professionals & management are top notch, too. Strongly recommend.

Crystal in the office is so friendly and helpful! I really appreciate her helping me recently on a tour, she really showed me how great the community is!
