I didn't realize that leasing a property could be so pleasant! I had several neighborhoods/houses on my list and was dreading the process...When I met Chris and toured the property/different floorplans I stopped looking! I was welcomed as if I were family. Great community! The office team does an excellent job keeping residents informed and accommodating any needs or updates within the neighborhood. The community is very kid-friendly, creating a welcoming environment for families, and the pricing is very fair for everything you receive. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
I moved into Stone Chimney in December 2025 and its been great. Love the fencing for my furbabies, maintenance is very prompt. Sometimes Rob has the repairs done before I even notice. The community is so quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. Since management has changed I've seen wonderful improvements. Chris and Crystal definitely have the communities best interest at heart and work very hard in maintaining open lines of communication with residents.
