Please do not fall for the gimmicks. Many people who live here regret the decision tremendously. I can’t tell you how many of us are experiencing mold issues, rotting floors, etc. Upkeep around the community is disgusting. Communication is non existent.

So I'll be moving in here in the next 2 months. So far I love the neighborhood, I enjoy all the facilities available. Our home hasn't been constructed yet but I am anxiously awaiting for that. At the moment my biggest concern is their sales department, my wife has been reaching out to them by phone, email and text for AT LEAST the last week plus. REPEATEDLY. Do not buy from this place. As a first-time buyer, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. You’re not truly able to sell your home unless you fully own it, and despite being told the company would buy it back, they did not follow through. The home warranty is essentially useless—it covers little to nothing—and getting help from anyone has been nearly impossible.
