I have been looking for an affordable home to purchase and came across The Landing at Pearland. I went on Saturday and did not make an appointment. When I arrived, Kenny was on lunch. There was a couple ahead of me. They ended up leaving. Kenny came out and sat with me to talk about what I am currently paying for my apartment and talked about a few options (top overview). The new owners and managers don’t care about residents concerns. Cars parked all over the street at all times even unregistered and non working cars parked at guests parking spots. High rent lot prices for the gates to always be not working and owners and managers not care. Starting to look like a run down trailer park. Save y’all’s time and look elsewhere.
You will be warned! First of all the old owners sold this property the new owners havenpark communities are a joke along with there manger working in this office not caring about residents concerns! I have to agree with everyone read about havenpark before you move here. Kenny completely lies to you just to get his sale and then ghosts you when you sign on the new home and you have concerns he should be fired! My pool key fob hasn't worked in 3 weeks. I've gone to the office but get no where with them. Thier excuse, they can't get a person to fix it. If not mistaken I pay for the pool in my 880 rent? So are you going to deduct it since we can't use it, yet my neighbors can go in. Or do you pick and choose who goes in? Yes, I'm upset because like I stated we have gone to the office but it's like not one single person cares. You sell the trailer and wipe your hands off.
