Absolutely blessed to be part of this wonderful community. HOA has standard rules and regulations. Quality builder. No issues with our beautiful home. It is great to be 3 miles from the beach!
Very family friendly and kid friendly neighborhood. There is verbiage in our bylaws about on street parking after certain hours as well as signs in the community. If you don’t read what you’re signing at a closing table, the HOA isn’t going to be your only problem. With that being said, the HOA and/or CAMS could improve greatly.
