I absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious and beautiful and the staff is so kind and proactive.
I really enjoy living here, and Marissa has made the experience even better. She’s always friendly, helpful, and quick to make sure things are taken care of. It’s nice knowing there’s someone here who genuinely cares, and it makes the community feel like home.
I moved here for work. not knowing the area, or anyone at all. Marissa made me feel like i was at home, and made the situation much less stressful. She seems to actually care about residents. Gym and pool are awesome and always clean…zero complaints
I’ve had such a great experience at The Landing thanks to the amazing staff! Marissa, Malorie, and Dana are always so kind, professional, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of, and you can tell they genuinely care about the community. The maintenance team is just as wonderful—fast, reliable, and always willing to help with a smile. It makes such a difference living somewhere where both the office and maintenance teams are so dependable and friendly. I couldn’t be happier!
I went to The Landing when I was thinking about moving to Jonesboro , Arkansas . This is probably one of the nicest places in the area if you are looking. The staff were all really nice and did everything to help me. If I ever did come back to Jonesboro, this would definitely be where I would go. ♥️
