Do not choose this place for your family member. You will regret it. You will notice that there are barely any online reviews for The Landing, and the few that are available are many years old. There is a reason for that, I'm guessing. I believe that the ownership has changed hands recently. The staff seems very inexperienced. Systems that should be in place for this sort of establishment are lacking. There seems to be a lack of communication between the entire support staff running this facility. In assisting a dear friend in the transition from living alone, to hospitalization, to rehab, I was fortunate to encounter the staff of The Landing, in particular Briana Wishart. Throughout the process we were kept informed with her very personal approach to a successful and wonderful living solution. Our Mom moved to an apartment at The Landing a little over a year ago, from her home of 64 years in Central Maine. Though she wanted to remain in her home, she’s found The Landing to be a comfortable new home.
