Is this a scam? I call the phone number to get somebody out to quote our project and am just passed along to multiple people who take all of my information, then say I can talk to somebody to get the quote scheduled - over and over again. Nobody will tell me which company they work for, when I asked they hang up on me. Seems like they take all your information and then pass you off to random contractors? Very confusing and unprofessional.
