I had a very negative experience with this agent. Throughout my stay, he was rude and abusive, and none of the issues I raised were ever addressed. Instead of providing support, he collaborated with the landlord in ways that felt like deliberate harassment. This made my stay extremely difficult. International tenants should be especially cautious when dealing with him.
