Beautiful, well maintained building right on the Lakeshore east park. Doormen are great. Amazing rooftop deck.
My job uses this building for the parking garage.
Excellcent building management, doorstaff, maintenance, office. Well run, maintained building. Quiet neighborhood, great rooftop, very good gym for the size of the building. Love living here, it's so fantastic to be right on the water, also downtown and also in a quiet neighborhood. Dream building for pet owners, with multiple parks nearby. Units have tall ceiling and windows that are well insulated. Residents are very nice and friendly. 2 minute walk from a full sized grocery is awesome.
