Excellcent building management, doorstaff, maintenance, office. Well run, maintained building. Quiet neighborhood, great rooftop, very good gym for the size of the building. Love living here, it's so fantastic to be right on the water, also downtown and also in a quiet neighborhood. Dream building for pet owners, with multiple parks nearby. Units have tall ceiling and windows that are well insulated. Residents are very nice and friendly. 2 minute walk from a full sized grocery is awesome.
Terrible experience. The building is run down inside with issues such as giant gouges that look like potholes in the hall off from the lobby and dry cleaners. The parking garage door seemed to be broken more than it was in working condition. The elevators are full of scratches, broken plastic parts, and even graffiti that’s scratched in. Poor management that sends unpleasant emails about petty things. Remodel looks tacky and cheap.
