Had a great experience at the house of prom and all staff were extremely welcoming and supportive. The huge range of styles and colours made it very hard to choose between the beautiful dresses until I found my dream one aswell as my shoes and bag which I also purchased from here. Thank you for making my prom night the best it could’ve been!
Amazing staff and gorgeous dresses, they helped me find the perfect dress for my prom night and it was just stunning. I had the best night all thanks to the wonderful people who worked with me to ensure my dress was the perfect fit, style and colour. They made the experience memorable and made me feel confident and comfortable.
I purchased a bridesmaid dress and was measured during my appointment. The dress was then ordered for me. When I went to collect the dress, it was way too big. I was assured that it was fine and I'd be able to get it altered to fit me. I was very skeptical as the dress was at least 4 inches too wide around the bust. The lady helping me said it was actually only 2 inches too big once it was doubled up. My daughter Mollie had a lovely experience at this gorgeous store choosing her prom dress. The girls were very friendly and accommodating. She chose her dream prom dress and it was beautifully made. Straight forward when collecting it after it was ordered in her size brilliant customer service. Thankyou so much would definitely recommend xx
I cannot thank The House of Prom enough who were really sweet and supportive for my daughter who was very nervous! From booking the fitting to collecting the dress, the whole experience was fantastic. There were so many dresses to choose from and we did not feel rushed to make a decision. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to say yes to the dress!
