I have consistently had a positive experience referring my patients here. The staff is absolutely lovely and I have visited the facility and can say that is super clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. My patients have had great feedback which has made me feel comfortable to refer family members here. The Lanby team consistently coordinates with referring healthcare providers and provides superb continuity of care. I plan to continue to refer my patients here.

After using this service for a year, the team wasn’t able to fulfill their value prop of proactively coordinating care with other healthcare providers; I had to follow up with them to get referrals for regular testing. They weren’t particularly helpful in scheduling appointments, and the recommendations I received for specialists did not end up being good providers. The office is nice and this could be a helpful service if you’re willing to pay premium for extra blood tests and basic nutritional info.

This is a premium service. I’m disappointed that the timely nature of heavy metal testing was ignored. Identifying toxic exposure is important. Your service must be thorough and forensic. If you continue to add theater and presentation on top of standard tests then your services will have limited appeal.
