I retained Madalyn Fairbanks for my custody case. In 4 months time she charged me over $3,000 and all she accomplished was filing 1 motion. Absolutely horrible service by staff and attorneys. When I asked for the rest of my money in the trust, I kept getting the run around of excuses. The only thing this firm cares about is money. I would never recommend this law office to anyone.
