Alex Lam is great. We worked with a few agents before we settled on Alex, and each was uniquely challenging. Some where pushy, others not professional enough, yet others focused on the sale rather than what we wanted. Alex was able to hit a sweet spot (at least for us) in terms of his professionalism and really making the agent commission worth it's while (nearly :) ). We were buyers in this transaction.
