The management is completely unresponsive to tenants. You might not want to move here. I thought we might leave at the end of our last lease but new management took over and things have improved. The new face of management is a guy named Gabe and he trying hard to improve things. 3/15/20

Piss poor management of this property... We reported multiple issues over a year ago and have still yet to have them fixed. Hell the fire alarm in our building doesn’t even work, yet no one seems to care enough to take a look at it and fix it. If you are searching for a office space search elsewhere.

Horrible. management HVAC hasn't properly worked in our office for the 5 years we have been here. We are at 13 days with internal temps above 85 degrees this month alone. Reported numerous times but they do nothing about it. We're moving out!

look elsewhere for office space. the management here is completely unresponsive and unwilling to do what it takes to fix a problem. we have been in our space for a little over a year. All winter the temp was 90 degrees...we had to open the windows to cool the office down. Last summer, we sweltered from lack of air conditioning. This summer they did something to the air..it is 59 degrees in here most days...today it is so cold my interns brought gloves to keep their hands warm. worst accomondation ever!
