Easy to rent, clean facilities, and easily accessible. Communication is nothing but great with the owner. I've rented from a couple places in the area and Howard City Self Storage blows the other facilities out of the water. Highly recommend!

I wish I could say I had the same great experience as everyone else but I have not. He has charged my card without my authorization for months of rent when I haven’t been there since the end of January but I’m paid up till the end of March. I try to communicate with them to figure this situation out and he is now ignoring my texts and every time I call he says he needs to get to the office first. Well that was Monday it’s now Friday and I have not gotten any response. It’s very unprofessional.
