I wish I could say I had the same great experience as everyone else but I have not. He has charged my card without my authorization for months of rent when I haven’t been there since the end of January but I’m paid up till the end of March. I try to communicate with them to figure this situation out and he is now ignoring my texts and every time I call he says he needs to get to the office first. Well that was Monday it’s now Friday and I have not gotten any response. It’s very unprofessional.

Always clean and tidy around the storage yard and drive. Storage buildings and units are brand new so they're in great condition of course. Communication with Kevin has been easy thru text and he responds quickly.
