The Lakes at CountryWood has gone through 6 different managers since purchasing my home in 7/2021. The amenities that were in my contract paperwork listed in the amenities: pool, hot tub, new poolside furniture, dog park, and secure gate from 7pm-7am, and other amenities as well such as sewer and trash—where you take your garbage to the dumpster.
