I can honestly say this is the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. From the moment I toured the property, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Outstanding Maintenance Service from Jorge Jorge is always extremely helpful and hardworking. He’s genuine, professional, and takes pride in what he does. Every time we’ve needed something fixed, he’s quick to respond and always goes the extra mile to make sure it’s done right. It’s a real pleasure having him around the community — people like him make living at The Lakes at Cinco Ranch even better.
I’ve lived at this this complex going on 4 years and just resigned my lease for another 1.5 years. The environment is very peaceful, the grounds are beautifully kept and maintenance is OUTSTANDING (special shoutout to Jorge who is a 10/10 maintenance technician, I could do an entire review on him alone, this man deserves a raise, please never lose him). I've been a resident here and wanted to share my honest experience. There are a couple of positives worth mentioning: 1.The apartment is zoned to one of the top-rated elementary schools in Katy ISD, which is a major plus for families. 2.Aspen Melancon from the front office and George from maintenance have been consistently helpful and professional.
