Do not put your parents here. It looks great and they say all the right things to market, BUT in daily living, The Director AND her out-of-state mgmt. corporation are non-responsive/slow to act unless pushed, to residents and family complaints. We've contacted several regulatory agencies on this facility this year. Talk to the existing residents and LOOK under their covers with the various complaint agencies!
RecommendedMy 86 year old father has lived here for two years. He really likes it. And the cost is lower than other places. I look forward to moving in to The Lakes when I need meals prepared for me every day. Note: I like a little coffee with my half and half. But the coffee here is so delicious that I don’t need any cream.

Just moved my Mom into The Lakes at Banning. Such a beautiful and wonderful place. She is so happy! I am so impressed with the well-trained and caring staff, her beautiful apartment, the amenities, the activities, and, most of all, the quality of the care she receives. And, the food is amazing! Thank you to the entire team for making this transition so positive!
Great place with a wonderful staff. Went to visit relatives living there and was actually able to stay on site which was a big help. Everyone was very friendly and caring. I was highly impressed.
