No customer skills, I called and ask what is the correct item number. Ordered what was told. Part came in and it was wrong. I called. Girl answered and was borderline rude. She did not help at all. I asked for a supervisor and she said that she is the supervisor and I am out of luck. I really was. Ended up ordering another part and was never refunded. Order # ORD2017092821, 9/28/17.
