Huge shoutout to Jonathan! He drove an hour late at night to replace my malfunctioning smoke detector. He was super polite and professional. He quickly removed the old one, put in a new one, and ran a full test before leaving. Amazing after-hours service, thank you Jonathan.
Just moved in last week and the leasing office as well as maintenance team has been very helpful. They responded quickly after work hours and actively solved my problem. I’d like to give a huge shout-out to the incredible maintenance team here! A special thank you goes to Celestino, who I’ve worked with the most. During our first month, we encountered at least ten legacy issues with the unit, but Celestino resolved all of them in record time. He is professional, patient, and has such an optimistic attitude—his efficiency truly made all our initial moving stress disappear. I appreciated the quick turn-around from Celestine for an after-hours maintenance request! He came within 20 minutes of my call and was able to replace my CO2 monitor with an internal battery that was beeping loudly every 30-60 seconds. I would rate 5 stars but subtracted a star because regular requests during business hours have taken 4+ days to complete as there’s only one maintenance person working for the entire apartment complex.
