Beautiful apartments but not a good place to live. These people they don't do anything right and they lie too. When we move in the apartment was on the worst situation ever. I’ve had a great experience living here, and the maintenance team is a big part of that, especially Nick. He’s always positive, professional, and knows exactly what he’s doing. Recently I had a leaking toilet. Nick went out of his way to get the needed part from another property and fixed everything perfectly in a short time. Really appreciate having someone like him on the team!
the place has asbestos in the application form they make you sign that you are aware the buildings have asbestos
Just moved in last week and the leasing office as well as maintenance team has been very helpful. They responded quickly after work hours and actively solved my problem. Special thanks to Celestino from the maintenance team. He is very capable and friendly.
