When I visited this barber, Customer A was getting a haircut, and there was nobody else waiting, so I waited for my turn. After that, another customer (Customer B) came in and spoke briefly with the barber. I was wearing earphones at the time, so I could not clearly hear their conversation. However, I did hear the barber say, “I’ll ask him.” From the context, I believe “him” was referring to me. After that, both Customer B and I were waiting. I just wanted to say I’m pretty disappointed with what happened today on April 9, 2029. It would be more fair and professional to serve customers in the order they arrive. I had already been waiting, but someone who came later (and seemed the barber's friend) was taken first. That’s honestly not okay and made for a really frustrating experience. I’m pointing this out so it doesn’t happen to other customers in the future. Thanks.
