******Consigner Beware******** The worst place to put your items on consignment. Angie is a disorganized mess! I have also spoken with the owner Katrina, who is now trying to back peddle what she already told my sister and I. She told us she would do the right thing for us, said if we had the original receipt of the Gucci bag she would then give me 60% . CONSIGNER BEWARE! The owner of this shop is disrespectful; understaffed with too much inventory; does not respond to texts, emails and phone calls; and "loses" items left in her care. Do not give The Ladies Room your items to sell if you want a stress free experience.
This shop is small but boy, is there something (correction: multiple things) for everyone! I feel so bad because I don’t remember who was helping me but she was so sweet and attentive, and not at all pushy like sometimes consignment shop people can be. She even gave me discounts on things that were full priced + the stuff that was already on sale was 50% off. I spent more money than I usually would simply because I couldn’t pass on the deals! Update your hours. Drove 30 minutes to find a sign on the door stating you're only open Monday and Tuesday. Looking at the other reviews, maybe running a business isn't for you...
DO NOT CONSIGN HERE..the owner is disrespectful, unorganized, unprofessional. They lost my items(go figure) took her 6 months to find them. I was calling leaving message no response. Eventually talk to owner and she upset because I'm upset. I was super patient with her due to unorganized skills. Please take your business to a different location. The workers are nice and friendly
