Visited yesterday. I did the 2 hour spa pass where you get access to the sauna, pools and showers. I had some tired legs from a long run. I spent the two hours alternating between heat and cold plunge followed by sauna. It felt so nice. The atmosphere is respectful, and very comfortable. This was my first visit to a bath type spa. Silence is golden. And you can totally emerse yourself in your thoughts or a good book! I will 1000% be back! Thank you TLR for such a lovely highlight in my day.
If you are a millennial woman living in a new build Ballard/Greenwood town home that didn't come with a bath tub, this is very specifically the place for you! It's important to know that this is truly a silent spa. If you prefer to socialize at the spa, there are other more fun style (and cheaper!) spa options in the city. Do not come here to chat, you will ruin the vibe that others paid $$ for. Love the salt sauna.
Great space and the staff are wonderful. Clean, ample showers, multiple saunas & soaking tubs at different temps. Cozy robes and plenty of locker space for personal items. They offer skincare products and non-alcoholic bubbles/mocktails for purchase in their hang out space which is a nice touch.
A lovely day in the spa with a good friend!
