This is a clean, quiet, relaxing, and tranquil space. The no talking policy is great. The steam room is constantly going and gets pretty hot. There are two saunas, a low and a higher temp. There is a cold shower by the steam room and saunas. There is a very small cold plunge next to two hot tubs of low and medium temps. Bring your own sheet mask to hydrate in the tea room or they have some for purchase. Highly recommend this place, and taking advantage of their specials.

So relaxing! Not too crowded, and plenty of spaces to move between for a couple hours. Great start to bday week with the 50% off!
