Great facility and friendly staff!
The space itself was clean and pretty. I would have liked more signage or guidance from the staff on how best to use the facilities. Example: maybe suggestions on the best order to use each pool/steam room? Unfortunately my low rating comes from interactions with the front staff. They were rude, blunt, stand offish, and just overall unwelcoming. What a terrible way to begin, and end, an attempt at a day of relaxation.
This happened a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted to write this review mainly so management is aware of how guests are being treated by the reception staff. This is actually a spa I have really liked and visited often, so this experience was especially disappointing. Already at check-in, we felt that the receptionists were unfriendly and had an attitude. We were told our check-out time, but we were never informed that there would be an additional fee for staying past that time, nor did we see this clearly posted anywhere. A... read more
