I had such a wonderful experience with Briana Smith! She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment we met. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything thoroughly, and even went through all of my nursing equipment and pump pieces with me to make sure I understood how to properly use everything. Terrible experience with Denise. Did not recieve support or care. No empathy or compassion and very smug towards me. Expected me to have a huge series if forms ready within a short period of time. Sent me a message canceling me while I wad finishing these forms with a little heart emoji. Very smug towards me and degrading.
Kara was so nice and explained everything so great for myself and my fiancé to understand. Would highly recommend her and the company if you’re looking for a lactation consult.

Nikki was extremely helpful! She was knowledgeable, patient, comforting, caring, and provided great plans for improvement moving forward.
