I cannot say enough amazing things about the lactation specialist I have been working with. Roma is absolutely amazing. She has such a comforting bedside manner which was much needed with the post partum hormones. She evaluated nursing technique very carefully and the baby’s reflexes, neck mobility, etc. She taught us how to properly bottle feed so we can supplement with formula properly without affecting nursing while we are still working on baby’s latch. I had such a wonderful experience with Briana Smith! She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment we met. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything thoroughly, and even went through all of my nursing equipment and pump pieces with me to make sure I understood how to properly use everything. Terrible experience with Denise. Did not recieve support or care. No empathy or compassion and very smug towards me. Expected me to have a huge series if forms ready within a short period of time. Sent me a message canceling me while I wad finishing these forms with a little heart emoji. Very smug towards me and degrading.
Kara was so nice and explained everything so great for myself and my fiancé to understand. Would highly recommend her and the company if you’re looking for a lactation consult.
