Update: after an hour we went up to labor and delivery to ask and they were able to find the lactation consultant for us. The information and teaching was very helpful. I feel better about breastfeeding after leaving. Pretty disappointed with them. They called to check in with me to see how breastfeeding was going and I made an appointment to get seen.
