This week was my second time visiting this facility for bloodwork since January.The phlebotomist is the best. She takes her time to find a vein. One stick to get blood every time and pain free!
I visited PSC this am for bloodwork, Claudia was the phlembotomist and she was honestly amazing. I did not feel the needle go in and she made sure I was comfortable. I had looked at the reviews previously and was unsure of what I would experience but my experience was great. If you have to visit PSC try to schedule your appt with Claudia.
I visited PSC bayshore on Friday Jan 19th 2024 to get my blood drawn and the person could not find my vein. She went fishing for the vein which hurted so much and she did the same on both arms until I had to tell her to stop. One day later, my left arm is in pain. I will monitor this otherwise I will have to see my doctor to ensure she did not cause any damage. I was expecting a professional service but I left the place with both arms hurted and She could not even draw the blood, that's the WORST part. Unnaceptable. You shou... read more
