Arrived at 7:07am. 6 people ahead of me. Appeared to be only 1 person working. By 7:30, only 1 person was serviced. I gave up. At that pace, I’d be waiting 2.5 hours. They clearly need more staff to handle the morning rush.
Needed bloodwork and urinalysis. Venipuncture not a problem. HOWEVER, there was no soap or TP in the bathroom. There was also someone else’s urine specimen set on the bathroom sink and two more sitting on the sink in the exam room. >>> If I remember my Microbiology, bacteria multiplies if these specimens are not refrigerated before being transported.
