Came up to the front desk and I was very polite. My father couldn’t stand and wait because he’s in not good health. The rude lady said I couldn’t speak for my dad (I’m his caretaker.) Then acted angry because he got up and was willing to talk. She seemed very lazy like she didn’t want to work. We got our paperwork back and left because of the way she was acting.
