This guy is horrible at communicating. He can’t explain anything and can’t multi task
I have a health plan that this practice provides services for. My health plan gave me the quote for a blood culture if I have it done at this office. I called these guys to simply confirm the price that my health plan quoted me. This absolutely obnoxious guy couldn't confirm anything for me, tried putting words in my mouth saying that I said that I have insurance, couldn't answer a simple question, got snotty with me, and then hung up the phone. This guys is a punk and that says enough about this business and how they operat... read more
