I'm always in and out at this place! I do schedule appointments most of the time but it's not even necessary as the techs work efficiently so nobody's turn takes forever. Place is clean and overall a positive experience.
My wife went here and the DISTURBED woman at the desk, who obviously bought her lab coat at Party City since there’s NO WAY this person is educated by her grotesque demeanor, doesn’t even acknowledge my wife for the first few minutes of her getting there. She had to put herself in the woman’s face before being told to just sign in and sit down. Her APPOINTMENT was for 8:30, someone walks in at 9 and gets sent in ahead of her. Horrible experience. My appointment was over an hour ago. Clearly, this establishment does not honor appointments. Any time you try to go up to the desk, the rude receptionist will not even listen to your question and tells you to sit down. I finally get called up a full hour after my appointment and she proceeds to tell me Fedex left for the day by 11:45am and she can draw my blood but they will need to redo it anyway since FedEx already did their pick up. Very long wait. The nurse that I had today had a major attitude for no reason, and very impatient. Overall nice place.
