This place is an insurance scam they bill the insurance and than they charge you, when you call them about it they tell you that someone will call you back but no one ever does. If this also happened to you you can report it to the New York Medical Board or to the attorney generals office of New York, it's mind boggling that at this day and age a well known professional office can still get away with the double billing scam.
I'm always in and out at this place! I do schedule appointments most of the time but it's not even necessary as the techs work efficiently so nobody's turn takes forever. Place is clean and overall a positive experience.
