If it weren’t for Miss Angie I would probably go elsewhere but her warmth and professionalism make BioRef my preferred lab. She’s lovely and very gentle. Went for my semi annual draw today (4/2024) and Miss Angie was there as usual. What a lovely woman! Makes these experiences almost enjoyable. She’s very very careful and o so kind.

We had an appointment for my daughter and it was fine pretty fast. I feel they are short of staff, the lady at the counter does both check in/out as well as draws blood for the test. Rooms were clean and tidy
