Women was so rude and yelled at me pointing her finger in my face. Maybe they should learn how to do their job right. She also was very rude on the phone with another customer and another person in the waiting room. She also shoved the needle in my arm and moved it around jabbing a lot. Sandra was her name
I was very satisfied with the services that I received Sandra is an exceptional phlebotomist! Her bedside manner was perfect and I didn't even know that the needle went into my arm highly recommend this laboratory for future tests
