Women was so rude and yelled at me pointing her finger in my face. Maybe they should learn how to do their job right. She also was very rude on the phone with another customer and another person in the waiting room. She also shoved the needle in my arm and moved it around jabbing a lot. Sandra was her name
I was very satisfied with the services that I received Sandra is an exceptional phlebotomist! Her bedside manner was perfect and I didn't even know that the needle went into my arm highly recommend this laboratory for future tests
Never sends to doctor results. Never calls back. Left 4 messages
I DO NOT recommend this place. The receptionist Sandra is extremely rude, she made it seem like I was interrupting her sitting down time. I was dropping off a specimen and as I was walking into bathroom she said, “oh there is no toilet paper but there is paper towels.” and kind of chuckled. Then when I was finished and trying to give her the specimen she made me wait so long knowing I was done that I had to walk next door to my doctors office and ask if they can get her attention to take my specimen.
