I was a walk in for lab work and usually have a really tough time getting blood drawn because I have "bad veins", luckily I had the pleasure of being a patient of Elvira! She is highly skilled and was able to draw blood on the first try which is amazing considering I am used to experiencing pretty high levels of difficulty elsewhere. I highly recommend her expertise!

The Front Desk didn't provide any information about the insurances. On question "Do you know if this Lab accept this type of insurance?" The answer was:" I don't know, why should I know? " The worker told that she works 20 years in a company... She was trying many times to put insurance number in the computor, which wasn' 't working, finally, she said that I should call to my insurance company, because the card is blocked. When I looked on a website, I found out that they don't accept my insurance. Understand, that I suppose... read more
